The shops are located opposite the 2nd POLICE DISTRICT, around MALINGO. No casualties for now but material damages could be enormous. Shops affected deal with Electronics (phones, computers Speakers),Cosmetics,Glass Tables etc .
SHOPS affected are Shoe Masters shopping Alias Man For Cargo, Ego American Electronic Center.
Buea is the administrative headquarter of the South West Region but has no Fire Fighting Brigade and the one constructed in neighboring Mutengene to help Tiko,Limbe and Buea is still to go operational.
Dwellers are using local means to stop the inferno. Cause of fire not known.
